About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the East Midlands region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair medical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
