About This PositionWe seek an exceptional customer service professional who excels in technical support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage client requests in a timely manner.
This role requires accuracy, speed, critical thinking, and excellent oral and written communication skills. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a successful and timely resolution of technical issues.
Responsibilities- Manage customer requests for technical support by accurately assessing, researching, and implementing resolutions in a timely manner via telephone and email.
- Execute professional communications with customers and colleagues to ensure a successful and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of technical product details.
- Troubleshoot and test product releases or enhancements, documenting potential issues.
- Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and perform light diagnostics and troubleshooting of back-end infrastructure and integration issues.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams for escalations.
- 1+ years of experience in technical user support.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Possession of a basic knowledge of HTML.
- Basic technical knowledge of software/hardware and IT infrastructure support.
- Able to identify, correct, and/or advise on technical issues.
- Experience supporting cloud-based or software-as-a-service products.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or computer science related field.
