About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Churchill Living Ltd as a Commercial Apprentice in our Midlands Region. As a Commercial Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial team in various tasks, including assisting in the costing of construction works, measurement of drawings, preparation of information for budgets, and issue tender documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the costing of construction works and measurement of drawings
  • Prepare information for budgets and issue tender documents
  • Support the Commercial team with various tasks and projects
  • Develop strong relationships with Construction and Technical Departments
  • Gain industry-recognized qualifications, including the Surveying Technician Level 3 apprenticeship and BTEC level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and the ability to develop strong and positive working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • High standard of verbal and written English
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
