About the Role
As a Supply Chain Transformation Leader, you will play a critical part in shaping our logistics operations. With a focus on innovation and transformation, you will drive improvements across our supply chain functions, leveraging data and metrics to inform decision-making. Your expertise will be essential in designing and launching new programs, as well as overseeing existing ones, with a relentless focus on delivering results.

About the Team
You will join the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, which is instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages worldwide. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient. We put safety first, and our people are our priority. You will be welcomed into a diverse team that thrives on collaboration and expertise.

Responsibilities
* Launch programs, monitor performance metrics, and report on key objectives affecting deliverables.* Use data to understand operational challenges and create continuous improvement initiatives.* Work with various Amazon departments to identify and leverage best practices.* Influence without authority a multidisciplinary team in overcoming challenges and drive progress.* Manage stakeholders and internal processes, defining standards.* Plan, implement, and improve initiatives ensuring the smooth running of operations.* Collaborate closely with colleagues to understand how they work and share expertise.* Identify exciting opportunities and lead their implementation.* Encourage and support teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, proactively seeking new ways to improve.

About You
We're looking for someone with a degree and experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. You should also have experience identifying and resolving complex issues, working in tight schedules, and applying advanced Excel skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics would be advantageous. Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques and experience driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, would also be beneficial. As a Supply Chain Transformation Leader, your annual salary will be around £80,000 - £100,000.
