We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Private Client Partner to lead our established Cheltenham office.

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice and services to clients on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.

A key responsibility of the role is to provide leadership and strategic direction for the Private Client department within the Three Counties Hub, overseeing a team of solicitors and support staff.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with substantial experience in Private Client law and a proven track record of leadership and management within a legal firm or department.

This is an excellent opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of our Private Client department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of solicitors and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Provide strategic direction for the Private Client department within the Three Counties Hub.
  • Mentor and support junior solicitors to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven leadership and management skills, ideally within a legal firm or department.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Private Client law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
