Patient Services Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. As a Patient Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and interpreting data, presenting it in a timely and professional manner, and providing a range of secretarial services and diary management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries and general queries.
  • Greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, ensuring all patient information is correct.
  • Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs, and secretaries.
  • Arrange Radiology appointments.
  • Distribute Radiology reports to referrers.
  • Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy.
  • Maintain databases.
  • Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management.

Requirements:

  • Previous Healthcare Admin experience is an advantage.
  • Strong IT and keyboard skills.
