Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist for Change Management

Location: London

Salary:

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

This exciting role will see you collaborating with our Recruitment Manager to gain a detailed understanding of organisational goals and talent needs. You will be responsible for proactively managing relationships with internal clients and candidates, as well as expanding your recruiting expertise by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to identify organisational goals and talent needs
  • Manage high-quality relationships with internal clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Counsel hiring managers on recruitment policies and procedures
  • Provide a qualified talent pipeline and smooth interview and hiring process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: As a recruiter or recruitment coordinator with a fast-paced management consulting, advisory, agency and/or corporate recruiting environment
  • Sourcing and Networking Skills: Ability to generate and expand a candidate pipeline aligned with current and projected business objectives
  • Organisation and Planning Skills: Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills to meet hiring needs
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, social media, recruitment tools, Microsoft Office, and other productivity and recruiting tools
