Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team at CV-Library. As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to commercial offices in Kent and South London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance and repair work on building fabric, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch tiling.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification to City and Guilds Level 2 standard in a relevant trade, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in commercial environments, preferably in a maintenance or repair role.
  • Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
