About the Role:

This field-based position will require the successful candidate to conduct cold call door knocks, identify potential clients, and develop strategic relationships to secure new accounts. A strong understanding of the waste sector is desirable, but not essential as consideration will be given to candidates with transferable skills from similar fields.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through effective lead generation and negotiation techniques">
  • Nurture existing client relationships and expand business growth through strategic planning and execution">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using the company's bespoke CRM system">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management and organizational skills are also essential, along with a proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.

Working Conditions:

This role is based in the field, with regular travel required to meet with clients and potential customers. Some office time will be necessary for sales meetings and training purposes. The working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 09:00 until 17:00, with flexibility required for the right candidate.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car and comprehensive training program.
