Zola Analytics is a London-based financial data platform and AI search engine looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team.

About the RoleAs a Full Stack Engineer at Zola Analytics, you'll play a pivotal role in building and scaling a platform that transforms financial and economic analysis. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle diverse challenges, from designing robust systems to creating seamless user experiences.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Designing and delivering new features to enhance the functionality and user experience of our platform.
- Architecting scalable APIs and backend services, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and secure.
- Optimising our cloud infrastructure, leveraging AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3 to build scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- Developing internal tools to empower the team and improve operational efficiency.
- Experimenting with and evaluating new technologies, continuously raising the bar for what's possible in our stack.
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues, ensuring our platform is fast, reliable, and delightful to use.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary: £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company culture and values make us a great place to work, and we have a talented team that you can learn from.
Your BackgroundTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A passion for designing and building scalable data-driven applications.
- Strong proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, with knowledge of Next and Express desirable.
- Hands-on experience building serverless applications with AWS services including EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to work in a challenging and exciting startup environment.
