Job Title: Lecturer in Vocational Business

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to teach on our outstanding business courses. As a Lecturer in Vocational Business, you will play a crucial role in realising the department's strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a flexible and innovative curriculum that is responsive to feedback from current learners and anticipates likely changes in demand from future learners.
  • Teach across a range of units on the T-Level, BTEC Level 2 and 3 curriculum programmes, covering topics such as finance, branding, visual merchandising, team building, and more.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment processes, including remote teaching and learning via appropriate platforms where required.
Requirements:
  • Holds a teaching qualification (PGCE or DTTLS).
  • A proven record of delivering teaching and learning to a consistently high standard.
  • Able to communicate effectively with students and peers.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of current teaching practice within the curriculum area.
