Diagnostic Technician Lead

With Group 1 Automotive, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as an Automotive Repair Expert. Your main responsibilities will include conducting vehicle inspections, providing technical advice, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs following manufacturer standards and guidelines, conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements, and provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain exceptional customer service standards, collaborate with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow, and offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians in the workshop. We are looking for a skilled individual with an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification, a thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to meet efficiency targets while maintaining a keen eye for detail and have proven ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment. As a member of our team, you will receive competitive salaries and benefits packages, and we're proud to say that our salaries are around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
