Job Title: Validation Surveyor
Job Type: Temporary Contract
Location: Liverpool/Warrington
Duration: 3-month contract with possibility of extension
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be working for James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd as a Validation Surveyor on a temporary contract basis. The role is to perform validation surveys on social housing units, confirming information collected from a previous surveyor. The candidate will have a thorough understanding of HHSRS knowledge to complete the surveys and report any health and safety hazards found on the premises.
Responsibilities:
- Performing validation surveys on social housing units and confirming information collected from a previous surveyor
- Utilizing a thorough understanding of HHSRS knowledge to complete the surveys and reporting any health and safety hazards found on the premises
- Undertaking surveys on an electronic handheld device in a timely manner following prior training
- Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
- Working in accordance with changing legislation, as well as health & safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- HHSRS experience
- Up-to-date understanding of health & safety policies and procedures
- Previous experience in conducting stock condition/validation surveys
Working Hours:
The role requires a minimum commitment of 5 days per week, with flexible working hours including weekends available.
