The Role

We are seeking a Senior Care Night Team Leader to join our dedicated care teams in our Burnbank, Parklands, or Netherha Care Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, treating them with respect and dignity.
  • Manage and motivate a team of care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to residents' care planning and reviews, administering and monitoring medication as needed.
  • Assist with physiological measurements, overseeing safety and security in the workplace.
  • Support residents and families during palliative care and bereavement, providing emotional support and guidance.
