Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at eTalent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of production, inventory, and order delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production processes to ensure efficient delivery of orders
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems
• Develop and manage schedules to track production and dispatch
• Provide regular performance reports to the Managing Director and senior team
• Establish and operate a strategic improvement program with regular reviews

Requirements:

• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed operational targets
• Experience in developing processes that work
• Skilled at fostering a high-performing team culture
• A keen understanding of technology
• Highly organized with strong scheduling and team management skills
