We are seeking an experienced Network Analyst to join our team in Central London. This is a permanent role with a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 + Clearance Bonus + Company Performance + Shift Allowance + Benefits.

Job Description

This role involves monitoring, supporting and troubleshooting critical infrastructure, escalating issues where necessary. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a Network Management or Operations Centre environment within the Managed Services or Telecoms Sector, or within an ISP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and maintaining Live Service
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring system availability and reliability
  • Providing Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
  • Working within established configuration and change management policies
  • Maintaining network security

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, LAN and WAN troubleshooting skills, and experience of various trouble-ticketing systems. Experience of Juniper network devices and firewalls SRX* would be advantageous.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS
  • A strong understanding of ITIL Incident, problem, and change management disciplines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • LAN and WAN troubleshooting skills
  • Experience of various trouble-ticketing systems
