Aircraft Production Specialist Opportunity

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Production Specialist to join our team at Connect 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality components for civil and military aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precision riveting, drilling, and countersinking
  • Setting structures in build jigs
  • Deburring and fettling components
  • CNC drilling (DONAU)
  • Treatment touch-ups and part marking
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Recognized indentured apprenticeship (Level 3 or above)
  • Understanding of export control regulations
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
