Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Endoscopy Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As an integral member of our endoscopy unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway, supporting and assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in the management and organisation of care provision within the endoscopy unit.
  • Participate in the improvement in Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards for flexible endoscopy services including decontamination and clinical care.
  • Develop and enhance your skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • You must be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • You should possess basic and advanced Competence/qualification in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination.
  • You should have completed an Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination.
  • You should hold teaching/assessing/mentorship qualifications and have knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies.
  • You should have ILS (Intermediate Life Support) certification.
  • You should have Maths and English GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • You should have at least one year of endoscopy experience, preferably with Jets workforce training.
