Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CV Library. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, tendering, and cost control.
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and high standards of service.
  • Provide financial reports and advice to senior management, helping drive strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving Licence and CSR/CSCS Card.
