About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test and Inspection Engineer to join our team at PHS Compliance. As an Electrical Test and Inspection Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out inspections and testing on customers' electrical installations, including emergency lighting testing, fire alarm inspections, mains analysis, thermal imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspections and testing on customers' electrical installations
  • Complete all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection and testing
  • Ensure all reports and certification are completed and submitted on time
  • Carry out LED lighting replacements both in hours and out of hours and in line with the project schedule

Requirements
  • SVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent
  • City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 AM2 or equivalent
  • IPAF 3a & 3b licence
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Experience working in an electrical testing environment
