Job Overview

HGS is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to customers across various inquiries. You will utilize our cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management system to access vital customer information and leverage a repository of information to ensure each customer inquiry receives top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers through phone calls, written communications, or web chat, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and sensitivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements

  • Customer service/contact centre experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including multi-channel customer communication and complaint management.
  • IT literate, and experience using Microsoft packages (inc Word, excel).
  • Educated to GCSE standard.
