We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a trusted member of our group, you'll work on significant improvements and groundbreaking features specifically for Unity on Xbox, Windows, and Universal Windows Platform.

Unity is used in a wide range of games across all genres. Our team is enthusiastic, experienced, and friendly, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and collaboration.

As a Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing solid and performant engine systems, maintaining existing systems, and working with cross-functional teams to bring new engine features to Unity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance engine systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new features to Unity
  • Improve test infrastructure and tools to enable efficient testing
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest development practices and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Multi-platform programming experience in games or middleware
  • C++ programming language knowledge
  • Familiarity with the Xbox family of console platforms
  • Customer-centric approach to supporting users

Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing with Unity and C#
  • Knowledge of Computational Complexity and related Mathematics
  • Passion for games
