Pharmacy Stores Supervisor

At Pharmaxo, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Stores Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy support team, you will be responsible for maintaining productivity and engagement levels within the pharmacy support assistant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely receipt of stock within SLA.
  • Perform and coordinate tasks to ensure daily workload is achieved efficiently.
  • Accountable for managing behaviors and conduct within the pharmacy support assistant team.
  • Responsible for good maintenance of all storage areas (in line with GDP standards) and stock management.
  • Report on performance/output data.
  • Deliver monthly 1-2-1s and 100% of PDRs (within 30 business days of due date) in line with company policy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What We Offer:

  • Annual salary: £29,000.
  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service).
  • Annual company bonus scheme (subject to scheme eligibility).
  • Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%).
  • Life assurance 10 x salary with a max of £300,000.
  • Access to Employee Assistance Programme, counselling service and virtual GP service.
