We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Leader to join our UK team at Standard Aero. This critical role will involve leading and delivering key projects in compensation and industrial relations, working closely with senior leaders across the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent, extensive experience in HR, and a strong understanding of employment-related laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically and drive change.

We're looking for someone who can build collaborative relationships locally, globally, and cross-functionally, and who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're passionate about developing people and improving processes, we'd love to hear from you.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, employees enjoy a range of benefits, including 206 hours annual leave, a 4% employer pension match scheme, and access to wellbeing services.
