About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle DBA to join a global manufacturing organisation as they embark on an expansion journey.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Daily maintenance of the Oracle E-business suite / SQL ecosystem
  2. Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage servers
  3. Recommendations and implementations to enhance the environment
  4. Migrations, system upgrades, and patching work
  5. Ensure no downtime and maximum efficiency
  6. Disaster recovery and backups
  7. Carry out all tasks with a security and compliance-focused approach
  8. Point of escalation for issues
  9. Respond to and resolve tickets

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle DBA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field, possessing excellent knowledge of Oracle DB within the EBS stack. The ideal candidate will be proficient in patching, upgrading, disaster recovery, and cloning, with confidence in Autoconfig templates, middleware, and applications analysers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with SQL server admin and hosted Cloud Services.
