Job Title: Senior Power Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Engineer to join our team at McCabe & Barton, a global investment management company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse, as well as building scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that integrate with various data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps and Dataverse
  • Build scalable and secure solutions that integrate with data sources
  • Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Design data models and entities for effective data management
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and external systems
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Supervise and maintain the health of Power Platform applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Optimize usage of Power Platform and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to deliver projects on time

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Demonstrable experience in developing custom applications with Power Apps
  • Solid experience in crafting workflows with Power Automate and building reports with Power BI
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft technologies and external connectors
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Excel
  • Experience with Azure Functions and DevOps is a plus
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and Python

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
