Job Summary

TKKM o Waitaha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Kaiwhakahaere o Te Wharekura. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school's vision and strategy, and will work closely with the staff and community to achieve excellence in education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education leadership, and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the school's values and mission. They will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement plans to improve student outcomes, and will be a collaborative leader, able to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.

The Kaiwhakahaere o Te Wharekura will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support to staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Building strong relationships with the community to promote the school's values and mission
  • Managing the school's resources to ensure effective use of budget and personnel
