Construction Pricer

We are a construction company based in Eastbourne looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing take-offs and pricing dry lining subcontractor packages, providing commercial support throughout the project life cycle. Additionally, they will assist the Commercial Manager with special projects where the company acts as the main contractor delivering refurbishment projects in the Sussex area.

• Minimum of two years' experience as an Estimator for a Main Contractor or Subcontractor
• Ideal candidates will possess experience using Estimating software packages
• Must live within 45 minutes' drive of Eastbourne
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum and flexible benefits package available, accommodating individual preferences such as remote work, company vehicle use, or adjusted working hours.
