About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Barchester Healthcare as a Peripatetic Nurse, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Your Responsibilities

As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to our care teams
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that our residents are receiving the best possible care
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
  • Providing education and training to our care teams to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards.
