Our Learning & Development (L&D) team is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer to join us. This role involves collaborating closely with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop engaging learning content that aligns with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their training requirements.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analyses and design innovative learning solutions.
  • Create compelling learning content using a variety of digital tools and platforms.
  • Support the L&D team in various projects, contributing your expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Champion best practices in instructional design, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

  • Proven expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and authoring tools.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and innovation in the field of education.
  • Excellent consultancy and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
