Role Overview
NCC Group is seeking a highly experienced internal communications professional to act as deputy to the Group Internal Communications Lead and provide support on change projects and Insider List activity.

About You
We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to work effectively with stakeholders and deliver impactful communications within divisions and across the Group. This role requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability, as well as excellent copywriting and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as deputy to Group Internal Communications Lead and take the lead or support on confidential change projects and insider list activity.
  • Provide flexible team support to ensure service continuity during periods of peak demand or absence.
  • Design effective internal communications and engagement activities in support of the Group strategy, organizational design, and business needs.
  • Identify awareness gaps within divisions and resolve through planned and delivered internal communications activity.
  • Use audience insights and an evidence-based approach to align communications activity with strategy, target audience, brand tone, and employer brand.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication plans and approaches, analyzing stakeholder groups, creating content, measuring impact.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and contribute to a culture of psychological, emotional, and physical safety.

Educational Requirements and Salary
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience and a salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on location and qualifications.
