We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local Primary School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Support students in their academic and personal development
  • Help with classroom management and behavior strategies
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support as directed by the teacher
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with children
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and in various subjects
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
