About the Role

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and look after all visitors to the café
  • Provide outstanding service and make recommendations to customers
  • Ensure high standards of food and drink preparation and presentation
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed
