Lead a Team of Support Workers

We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker to lead a team of support workers in a residential setting for young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting vulnerable young people and will be responsible for leading a team to provide high-quality care and support.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of support workers to provide 24/7 care and support to young people with EBD
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each young person
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
