Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Life Science People. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and deviations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, training programs, and quality records.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality-related topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP, GDP, and ISO 13485.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
