Job Title: Business Development/Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/Sales Executive to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and upselling our current client base, as well as building new business relationships and executing lucrative sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand our current client base, including companies such as INEOS, JCB, AkzoNobel, Caterpillar, and others
  • Build strong client relationships and establish trust with them
  • Develop and execute new business development plans to create and build lucrative sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with various functions and levels of the business to achieve sales goals
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to set up and execute business development plans
  • Regular client visits and meetings to maintain and grow business relationships

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in the Waste Management/Recycling industry or significant sales experience in related fields
  • Highly confident and effective communicator
  • Active listening and questioning skills
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good presentation skills with ability to adapt to any level or type of audience
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good IT skills with competency using software such as MS Office
