Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary - £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including industry-leading training and development opportunities, a demonstrable career ladder, and supportive working environment.

About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to manage move-ins, which includes creating tenancy paperwork, liaising with tenants to ensure referencing is completed quickly, and ensuring all safety certificates are in place. You will also assist our tenants and landlords with any queries they may have during the process.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience as an Administrator or Customer Service professional.
  • Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up-to-date with industry changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
