SEO Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our team at Searchability®. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance visibility across search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to inform content and technical SEO decisions.
  • Collaborate with content, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Perform regular site audits to ensure SEO best practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Conductor, Ahrefs, and Majestic to inform SEO decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a senior SEO position, either lead or management.
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO.
  • Highly strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results.
  • Proficient in content, technical, and offsite SEO.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
