Counter Associate - Luxury Beauty Retailer

At Deciem Beauty Group, we're seeking a passionate and customer-focused Counter Associate to join our team at John Lewis in Oxford Street. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional client experience, meeting sales targets, and upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Determine customer needs, suggest relevant products, and provide excellent customer service in line with our brand standards.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, and stay up-to-date with new launches and promotions.
