About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supporting our sous chefs and head chef in preparing and cooking meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the head chef in planning and preparing meals
  • Assist in managing kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a chef in a similar environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods
