Healthcare Support Assistant

Spire Clare Park Hospital is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Assistant to join our Surgical Ward Department.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience in a hospital setting and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the clinical team in providing care to patients on the surgical ward
- Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the smooth running of the ward, including moving and setting up equipment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
