Hd6 is a leading provider of innovative accountancy and payroll solutions. We are seeking an experienced Accountancy Team Manager to lead our team of accountants and accounts assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of accountants and accounts assistants to deliver high-quality accountancy services to our clients.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, personal tax returns, and other accounting documents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in accountancy or a related field.
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or fully chartered.
  • Detailed knowledge of online accounting systems such as SAGE Accounts.
