  • Reviewing, challenging, and building financial forecasts.
  • Understanding UK insolvency legislation and how it underpins restructuring activity.
  • Developing a range of report writing, project management, and advisory skills.
People and Leadership

You will continue to build on your client relationship, business advisory, and people management skills and, as your career progresses, you will have an increasing opportunity to lead junior colleagues.

You will be expected to support leadership in creating an inclusive environment and proactively support the development of colleagues by providing timely feedback and identifying development opportunities.

Business Development

Business development is a critical aspect of the team's day-to-day activities, and you will be expected to proactively contribute in this area by:

  • Assisting in targeting, research, and development of project pitches.
  • Supporting colleagues to run a key account team, including participating in and organizing client events.
