MEICA Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled MEICA Supervisor to join our client's team in South East England. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance processes.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout project life-cycles.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within the water or utilities sector.
