Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technical Services team as an Operations Manager, Energy & Innovation. The role requires a unique blend of financial and analytical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and project management experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to communicate complex data to senior stakeholders and will be accountable for guiding strategic insights and spearheading the creation of processes, policies, and plans to advance energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver management information that empowers decision-making and promotes energy reduction initiatives.
  • Seek out innovative solutions to propel our ongoing efficiency journey.
  • Define, shape, and embed robust processes, policies, and plans for energy consumption reduction.
  • Collaborate with Lines of Business stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
  • Financial and analytical expertise - ability to analyse, identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Communication skills - ability to communicate complex data to senior stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management - experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Project management - experience in planning, developing and delivering projects effectively
