Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our team at an Outstanding primary school in the East of England. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering an academic yet creative, topic-based curriculum to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire KS2 students to reach their full potential.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, keeping regular records of their academic performance.
  • Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning.
  • Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for KS2 students.
  • Prepare and participate in school-related activities, such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings.
  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children.
  • Use effective classroom management strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learning environment.

Requirements

  • QTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record.
  • A creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful, and adaptable practitioner.
  • A passion for learning and a track record of success within a Year 3 environment.
  • The ability to communicate your passion to children and parents.
  • Able to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom.
