Job Description
We are seeking a talented Regional HR Advisor to join our team at FFR Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team of Business Partners in delivering the people strategy. This is a true generalist position where you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including partnering with Managers to provide advice and guidance on HR policy and process, supporting the management of absence and performance cases, and assisting with various HR change projects. You will also be responsible for coaching Managers to upskill in all areas of people management, rolling out legislative changes across the organisation, and liaising with the people services team to support administration needs across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policy and process to Managers
- Support the management of absence and performance cases
- Assist with various HR change projects
- Coach Managers to upskill in all areas of people management
- Roll out legislative changes across the organisation
- Liaise with the people services team to support administration needs across the employee lifecycle

Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work well off their own initiative
