Senior CRM Executive

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Executive to lead our CRM strategy and drive business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for extracting insights from our CRM database to inform and shape our marketing campaigns, collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Extract insights from CRM data to inform marketing campaigns and optimize customer experiences
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with AB testing and data-driven marketing initiatives
  • Passion for marketing and CRM, with a solid understanding of customer insights and behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
