We are seeking a skilled Manager to become a vital part of our Corporate Simplification Team. Our Consulting division works closely with multiple teams to provide tailored solutions for clients, contributing to the growth of our organization, which boasts over 1,700 employees and nearly £200m in revenue.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Simplification Restructuring Advisory group.

This role will allow you to develop your commercial expertise in corporate reorganizations and Members Voluntary Liquidations. While the position is primarily based in London, it offers the flexibility to work remotely across the UK, engaging with Partners and Directors nationwide.

Your responsibilities will include participating in marketing initiatives, assisting Partners and Directors in achieving their business goals, and promoting career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute assignments in accordance with established procedures and legal requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Corporate Simplification team to strategize and implement tasks.
  • Support the training and development of colleagues, prepare necessary documentation, and uphold compliance standards.
  • Oversee significant corporate projects and enhance the team's networking and technical capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess CPI or JIEB qualifications and have relevant experience in a comparable position, with the ability to lead in Members Voluntary Liquidations. Essential attributes include strong analytical capabilities, effective interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
  • ACA or a similar qualification would be beneficial.
