The PIG is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our award-winning Chef Academy as an Apprentice Chef. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. In addition to your culinary training, you will also have the opportunity to participate in supplier visits, chocolate training, and bread making, among other activities. Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide clear and proven career progression, with expert guidance from our training provider, Umbrella. As a PIG Apprentice, you will receive a full knife set, uniform, practical cookery book, and recipe journal, as well as access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in other PIG kitchens and contribute to the creation of our daily menu.
